Flat terrain close to the road, Please stop and read the Marker

This casche was placed because we come by here all the time and wanted others to take note of the marker at this spot. It will tell you about the man that said "Speak softly and carry a big stick...." He is also the person for whom the "Teddy Bear" was named. Please take a moment and read the marker at this site as well as take a picture. In this casche you will find items related to presidents and teddy bears but it is not ment to be an item specific cache. Have funn and learn some history.
