Located in the Lynden City Park along a dirt trail in the upper woods.
This is a great place to bring the children. The community built a fabulous play area including a huge tree house. The project was called "Million Smiles" and was completed in two weeks. The cache is not in the play area but is a little walk away on the city trail system. This is a great place for a picnic. Due to tree coverage, GPS signal may go in and out so difficulty rating may vary. This is a busy park so be on the lookout for you know who! Updated 11/28/2009 - replaced missing cache with a small cammo container, including a log sheet, pen, and small kid toys such as yo-yos, whistles, small animals and more. For your information, the parks has nice new restrooms and a couple covered picnic areas that can be rented / reserved for group events. Happy Caching, DaddyA.
