Geocache Description:

Merit Water Park

This is our family's first cache. It was placed near the location that I proposed to my wife on April 29, 2006 on the bank of Rials Creek after a day-long scavenger hunt that spanned four counties. The cache is a typical metal ammo box, placed on our first wedding anniversary (7/22/07). The kids came with us and helped pick the spot. If the weather is warm enough, take a dip in the water before you leave. Picnic tables are available if you want to bring something to eat. Be sure to check out the mud slides that kids have made in the tall creek bank just downstream of the falls.
