Geocache Description:



Den lilla Lotskyrkogården intill lindallén är mycket gammal "som från urminnes tid varit haver". Här vilar de flesta lotsar och många fiskare från trakten. Den äldsta kvarvarande gravstenen bär årtalet 1660. I början av 1700-talet fanns här även "ett ansenligt och prydeligt kapell", som revs ganska snart till förmån för den nuvarande kyrkan. Klockstapeln på andra sidan vägen (skymd under sommaren) är från 1938. Läs mer om Lotskyrkogården på informationstavlan vid kyrkogårdens entré.
Koordinaterna leder till entrégrinden. Parkera gärna på parkeringsplatsen nere vid Ankarudden.
På kyrkogården vilar bland annat en känd mästerlots från Landsort (1848-1939). Leta rätt på dennes grav (se hint 1), och notera ordet på gravstenens andra rad = abcdefghij

The small pilot cemetery is very old, most of the pilots from this area are buried here. The oldest gravestone is from 1660. More information (in Swedish) on a board outside the entrance.
The coordinates will lead you to the entrance gate, parking could be made at Ankarudden (to the south).
Among others a famous senior pilot (1848-1939) is buried on the cemetery. Find his gravestone (see hint 1), and remember the word on line two = abcdefghij
