This location on the Brookings tour of the National Historical Registry is Coolidge Sylvan Theatre on the SDSU campus. This outdoor venue has been the host to countless student programs, concerts, speeches, weddings, and other functions since it's construction in 1927. The theater is so named because President Calvin Coolidge laid the corner stone on a visit to campus in 1927.
