At the given coordinates, you will need to observe several things before your journey to find the cache. At least one of these seems to be important.
Once you have figured that out, calculate the repetition number by finding something complete and to the left of what seems to be important - count them top to bottom (yes, include the partially obscured one at the bottom) and then subtract the number of fingers from your left hand... subtract another one if you did not include your thumb. (I am assuming you have a left hand and all your fingers)
You are now ready for your journey.
