This cache can be under water often and the log may be under or in water at times. The log is copper foil backed with fiber. The copper can be signed with a ballpoint pen or pencil. The copper will imprint wet or dry. This is a very weather proof log and lasts forever. Don't let the water slow you down. good luck.
