For all of you that are attending the Big Bear Bash III but cant
wait to get started. Why not come join us the night before the big
event at the Motel 6 at 8:30 pm August 17th? Come meet and greet
your fellow cachers before the main event!
Flash Cache.......bring your flashlight for a Flash Cache event!

(Coordinates are approximate so I have provided the address for
Motel 6, just look for the group of cachers)
A quickie cache event lasting ONLY 15 minutes and beginning at 8:30
pm!
*At exactly 8:30 pm we will meet in the parking lot and event will
start at that very moment! We will have a big bowl in the middle
for with new trade items for exchange, please bring quality stuff
to trade!
*A log book will be passed around at 8:32 pm and ONLY those who
signed the log sheet will be able to claim this as attending
*Name tags will be handed by a volunteer but only to those that
have arrived by 8:30 pm
*At 8:35 pm we will hand out M & M's as our snack
*Right at 8:40 pm we will call our raffle winners
*Then at 8:45 pm the log book and bowl or swag will be sealed and
we will all disperse the area
