This establishment was built in 1986. It's for sale now with plans approved for expansion and a hotel.
I do not know the reason for the "whirly bird" but to me, it seems ready to pounce on people as they leave the building. Maybe Mr. Hertzig just had a leftover "bird" sitting around. Maybe he used to fly this one and couldn't bear to let it go.
Your guess is as good as mine.
What is for sure, is that there's a cache placed here. Nothing fancy like the "whirly bird" but it contains a log and various small trading items. Please use stealth when it's dinner time.
