What you should seek is located at the front of the big blue office building on the Brevard Community College Cocoa Campus at the Florida Solar Energy Center. Access is very easy, so there is no need to displace bushes or remove any barriers. You may also find some “freebies” for the taking such as a brochure on the Center, solar beads, pencils made out of used money, and etc. There is no need to leave anything.

Brevard County became a high tech community starting in the 1950s with the development of the Space Center. As the community and a corresponding need for education grew, Brevard Community College was established in the 1960s. Now the University of Central Florida has a local resident center there.
The space program assisted in the development of photovoltaic (solar electric) power for satellites. In 1974, Florida established the research institute called the Florida Solar Energy Center to research, test and educate the people of Florida on solar energy technology. The Center has grown to gain international recognition.

My solution rises each morning filling me with energy
As everyone around me is running on uncertainty
I find myself in the great sunshine state of plenty
As people from elsewhere can’t find much of any
Our nation’s westward movement was one great route
But the path you seek is a clear-lake road of no doubt
People hurry, racing the interstate route

Not taking it all for myself as if I could get it all
See the greater vision of light that comes for free
I learn that the value of history is always coming back around from afar
And for this enlightenment, I find few who fight for the light from the star
My solution rises each morning behind a blue universe
And I again find myself south of east near the front of the main path.
