Geocache Description:

This cache is located on the rails to trails in Enfield, this can be accessed by several parking area's throughout the area that service the rails to trails. It is a nice bike ride or hike in the summer. Closest parking area is at the Methodist Church in Enfield or the public parking area in Enfield. PLEASE RE-HIDE WELL AS THIS HAS BEEN MUGGLED TWICE BEFORE!!!! KEEP EYE OUT FOR MUGGLES!!!

This cache is on the rail trail where workers blasted through the mountain for the train tracks. The workers who did this actually carved their names in the stone faces all along here. Some date back to the 1800's and one name is even carved in Russian. Some early settlers and locals over the years have also caved their names in as well. The cache is hidden at the north entrance to the canyon. Their is a bench nearby to rest while you fill out the log. There some trinkets in the cache. There is a rope swing into the lake about half a mile down the trail if you are so inclined. This cache has been muggled twice before - please take exception care to put this back exactly as found... See new hint for new location. Also note there is a Valley Quest Box in the area - this is a large Tupperware container and properly marked. Do not mistake this box for a cache...
