What is this? Traditional Cache
the miser: The city has decided to clean up "what is this" area. The structure that had been standing since phone booths has been gutted, thus the cache cover is gone.

The cache is located in a greenway area between the Public Safety Department and the Post Office. Parking, if available, could be within 50 feet. Difficulty up due to high muggle area of traffic coming from all directions.
While driving down Laurens Street, I stopped and said, "What is this"? After looking and talking to a neighbor, I found out what it used to be. You may never guess what it was, but now it is the home of a cache.
Hiding in the area is a large black tupperware container. Beware of muggles and the time of day you visit the area as traffic to the post office has heavy times. Stealth will be needed to keep this cache from being muggled, but once nabbed, there is coverage to sit and check out the contents.

Due the lack of success rate, I have upted the rating for difficulty.
