Look for the giant arrow and you will find the troops. General Custer may need rescuing or are you too late? He is hiding in a wooded area off the main road. It is not at the skating rink/day care. Bring you own writing stick unless you can sign with the giant arrow.
The cache has been recently restored, the old one just fell apart.
