Geocache Description:

The terrain rating is raised a half-star only because it would be a bit of a reach up from a wheel chair. Easy park and grab, but please stay and enjoy the history that is Waterville. Please do not leave trackables. Evidently a muggle has found the cache and is absconding with them. We are so sorry.

100 years ago you could have hitched your horse & buggy up in front of the Waterville Hotel, gotten a room and taken a bath at the end of the hall. And then waited for another hundred years for the locust seed to sprout behind the building and grow into a grand-sized tree so it could hold and conceal the cache container. Check it out

The pazooters live across Pioneer Park in the large white commercial building (“The Blue Rooster”) next to the tennis courts. If you have time, drop by to chat. Knock loudly — we're currently doing renovations inside.
