Due to my advancing age, I (and my doctor) am concerned about the possibility of my experiencing a medical situation while on the road to Maintain one or more of my 120 GC Geocaches and 50 GCA Geocaches.
If you live near this Geocache, or regularly travel near it, you might be interested in Adopting this Geocache (or more of mine). Please let me (WanderingAus) know by Message at
Geocaching Message Center
if you are interested, including the cache code or codes
(e.g GC14RY5 for this cache).
Due to the temporary nature of pens and pencils in my geocaches
BRING YOUR OWN WRITING IMPLEMENT!!!
I placed this cache here because all the other caches around Millstream are very high terrain (4, 4.5, 5) or require a rail access road pass which as of 25 July 2007 won't be available - the access roads are closed to the public until about April 2008 at least. I hope this easy cache will entice more people to visit this beautiful area. The cache is accessible by two wheel drive vehicle most of the time - there were several cars, mini buses, small 2WD campers, all happily visiting the area in the rain the day before I hid the cache. 4WD will make it easier.
The cache is now a 200ml pill bottle (Thank You ROSS1957) hidden well back from the cliff edge, although Magellan DiscoverAus showed me in the Fortescue River the last 50 metres to GZ.
There is parking about 100 metres away, and a shelter and picnic table about 75 metres away.
Ian&Sue - Team Pathfinder are the local maintainers for this cache.
