Geocache Description:

An easy find near the Eastern turnoff into Kings Lakes just out of Tom Price.

Due to the temporary nature of pens and pencils in my geocaches
BRING YOUR OWN WRITING IMPLEMENT!!!

There is a pleasant grassed picnic area surrounding the lake, with heaps of parking, toilets, shelters, tables, and barbecues. Note that this water is not for swimming, drinking or boating, but it does make the area look nice.

I placed this cache here because other than those in Karijini National Park there aren't any caches in the area. I hope this easy cache will entice more people to visit this pleasant picnic area, and perhaps even stay in town and/or do the mine tour.

The cache is accessible by two wheel drive vehicle to within less than 50 metres.

The cache is a small sistema container hidden across the road from the entrance to the main picnic area. Initial contents are a waiter's friend, mini office set, nail clippers, car, horse, fruit eraser, 4 colour pen (as a swap), tissues, 2 sheets of stickers, as well as a logbook, pen, pencil and sharpener.

When trading items please consider trading up or trading even and leaving items that you would want to find, and please don't take the pen, pencil or sharpener. If you can't trade up or trade even I don't mind seeing TNLNSL in the log.

Trackables (geocoins and travel bugs) are not tradeable items. Please feel free take them without making a trade, but please leave a note in the logbook and your online log, and do log them online.
