Located on the campus of Mohawk College on Fennell Avenue and West 5th Street. One of two easy caches on the campus. The name of the cache says it all.
This cache was put together by the Building and Construction Sciences department at Mohawk College for demonstration of navigating using GPS. Geocaching has proven to be an effective, and fun tool to teach the basics of GPS. As a result I have finally put together two simple caches and have decided to post them for all to have fun finding.
PLEASE NOTE: General public should be aware that you are on a college campus. Campus security has been advised that cachers will be present from time to time. Campus security is on patrol 24/7, so if approached, kindly tell them what your business is on the campus. Also, be aware that parking on the campus without a permit can result in a parking ticket.
