Geocache Description:


Old Abbottsville Cemetery is located in Van Buren Township in Darke County Ohio. This is a very well kept and manicured peaceful place. Most of the stones have been restored and a engraved marker tells of early settlers who were laid to rest. As always be respective of the area, as the neatly lined up markers serve as a reminder to those who rest here, but the cemetery as a whole remains a sacred place. It's another good place to learn of frontier history. No caching here after dusk.
