This cache was released for “The Great Northern Tier Geocaching Tournament 2007 – North Quabbin Event it is now available for any Geocachers who wishes to visit the cache after the event. Parking Coordinates: N42 38.570 – W 072 14.796
Tully Mountain Wildlife Management Area Orange 1,187 Acres
1,187 acres in several disjunctive parcels. The topography is highly variable, ranging from steep slopes and mountain tops, flat open land and wetland.
Mt. Grace, Royalston, Athol.
Open fields, abandoned brushy fields, forested tracts of mixed hardwoods and softwoods which provides a great variety of habitat types.
West Branch of Tully Brook runs through the property which is a trout stocked water, as well as some small streams and wetlands.
Stocked pheasant, dear, turkey, bear, raccoon, woodcock. The mixed habitat also supports numerous non-game species.
