Petite visite d'Amblie, un beau village normand.

La cache se trouve dans le vieux cimetierre qui entoure l'église St Pierre d'Amblie, c'est un endroit "qui a une âme", ce qui explique le nom choisi pour la cache.
Celle-ci a été remaniée à plusieurs reprises. La nef, amputée du bas-côté sud, peut être datée du XIIème siècle, à l’exception de la façade refaite au XIIIème siècle.
Les éléments les plus remarquables de cette nef sont les cinq arcades donnant sur le bas-côté nord, dont les arcs retombent sur des colonnes monocylindriques, par l’intermédiaire de chapiteaux aux décors variés de godrons, d’entrelacs, de masques humains, ou d’animaux fantastiques.
J'ai ajouté quelques waypoints intéressants dans le village, à découvrir plutôt à pied, vous apprécierez le calme et le charme indéniable de ce petit village.

The hiding place is in the old man cemetary who surrounds the church St Pierre d' Amblie, it is a place "which has a soul", which explains the name chosen for the cache.
This one was altered on several occasions. The nave, cut down by the southern side, can be dated from XIIth century, except for the frontage remade in XIIIth century.
The most remarkable elements of this nave are the five arcades giving on the northern side, whose arcs fall down on single-cylinder columns, via capitals with the varied decorations of gadroons, interlacing, human masks, or fantastic animals.
I added a few interesting waypoints in the village, to discover rather walking, you will appreciate the quietness and the undeniable charm of this small village.
