Geocache Description:


THIS IS ALMOST A DRIVE UP CACHE! You are looking for a cache a bit larger than a Nano. The cords are with a 16 foot accuracy. Please be careful when you replace it so it doesn't fall and get lost.
This is a busy place so please use stealth. Bring your own pen/pencil. PLEASE only sign your team name on nano logs and write small so others can fit their name in as well. Thanks.

If you look towards the lake, imagin a huge wooden structure that stood near the water. (this was way before all those apartments were built) It had a boardwalk around it and in the basement was where the lockers and bathrooms were for swimmers. The entire lake was surrounded by sand. I learned to swim here in the 50's. This was the place to be in the summer when school was out. You could picnic here and there were concessions that sold hot dogs and cool drinks. Those were the days! If you have any memories please post them.
