Geocache Description:

Just a few minutes drive from Newberg or Sherwood. This cache is a great spot to visit on a hot summer day and cool off in the waterfall. It is incredibly beautiful, especially in the winter. The cache is approx. at 656 feet. This cache is not advised for wheelchairs.

The coords are SUPER bouncy, if you get any reception at all because of heavy tree cover, but they will get you close enough. You will have to follow the clues.

On Kruger road, at the bottom of a draw, there is a short trail on the west side of the draw going down to a 15 foot tall waterfall. Follow this trail. There is no need to go up the graveled driveway.

If you are facing the waterfall from the base of the falls, there is a large vertical rock face covered in moss to your left. If you go to the wall and follow it back for 25-35 feet you will see a small cave at the base of the rock face. Here on the ground covered in old ferns, and dead leafs is the medium sized rubbermaid container.

In the summer you feet will not need to get wet, in the rainy months, your feet have a high possibility of getting wet.
