Trout Creek winds along a beautiful bike path for a few miles. This is a nice walk with the dog or a short bike ride. You can park easily in the turnaround here and hike in the bike path, not the gravel road. This is a good little hike for kids. Stand on the little bridge and admire the surroundings until you find our cache. Thank you to our friends that live in the neighborhood for maintaining our cache so please drive slowly down Columbine Trail and watch for dogs and kids. Bring something like keys to jingle so bears know you are coming and skedaddle.
