Near Aspen Brook, between Badger and Grand Falls NL. Light overgrowth on an existing trail.
Some parking available at old Provincial Park entrance on west side of bridge. At one time, this was Aspen Brook Provincial Park, a day-use park. As a boy growing up in nearby Badger, one of the signs that school would soon be out was a school trip here in early June. There was a small dam across the river that made the water about 3-4 feet deep...enough for kids to swim in, though I wouldn't recommend it now. There are some broken bottles in the area, so CITO if you can!
