Welcome to the town of Haskins. What a great mix of old and new, with a small downtown area. Looks like a great place to live! While placing this cache, the local VFD was preparing a chicken BBQ, but, unfortunately, I was there too early to get one. There were kids all over, riding their bikes down the main street in town, as well as many people walking and doing Saturday chores.
While passing through on this nice Saturday afternoon, I decided that this area just seemed to need a cache. So, since I had one with me, I had to find a place for it.
For safety, please do not park on the main road. Pull off onto the side street nearby and into the municipal area parking lot next to the red building.
