It's a pretty rigorous climb off the main trail. It gets steep in places so be careful. The cache itself is in Gwanaksan, not far from Seoul National University. You can take line 2 to Seoul National University subway stop and catch a bus from there.
It's a cammoed container. There's a first to find prize of travel bug tags. Bring a pen/pencil since one is not provided.
