A family-friendly cache in a wooded area in the heart of suburban Pierrefonds.
This cache is in Yuile Park, a multi-purpose green space in Pierrefonds. There is a playground for children at the south end, known as Chickalo Park, which is good starting point for your hunt as street parking is plentiful. Paved pathways make for a nice stroll by the park's little-used softball diamond and skateboarding square.
The wooded area where the cache is hidden is popular with dog-walkers who often have their animals off-leash. Watch for muggles! The paths in the woods are hard-pack dirt and may be muddy. Bug spray is a good idea during mosquito season.
The coordinates for this cache are as accurate as possible given the heavy tree canopy in the area. They were verified by two different GPS units.
The cache is a cylindrical coffee can, about ten inches high. Cache contents when placed:
