Cronan Ranch Aero Squadron
Summer time is a prickly time at Cronan Ranch. That does not preclude some of the more adventurous and creative from enjoyment of its hills and scenery, even in the heat, thorns, thistles and poison oak of summer.
In the last few weeks, I have had the pleasure of witnessing the formation and antics of the Cronan Ranch Aero Squadron, a group affiliated only through their common interest in the air space directly above Cronan Ranch. The squadron consists of two hot air balloons, two para-sailors, a bush plane and a couple of very talented hawks of some sort or other. I hope to see the Squadron enlist new members and fly in formation, regularly!
Note: I'm still pickin' stickers outta my knickers ... wish they made kevlar pants ... the star thistle is pretty dense!
