Yet another fornborg at Järvafältet!

Ännu en fornborg på Järvafältet!

This was probably a safe place to hide for the people during the early ironage period. High up, surrounded by water, this place ensured safety.

Troligen en tillflyktsfornborg från tidig järnålder. Här uppe på kullen kan man föreställa sig att människor samlades då fara nalkades. Högt belägen, troligen omgiven av vatten, hade den en idealisk placering ur skyddssynpunkt. Happy caching!
