La cache si trova in prossimità di una antica torre per la vigilanza armata costiera del Granducato di Toscana, situata tra Castiglione della Pescaia e Marina di Grosseto.
Intorno al 1925, ormai diroccata, è stata venduta dal demanio a privati e ristrutturata. Attualmente è una signorile abitazione estiva mantenuta con molta cura.
Conserva alcune parti pregevoli della sua struttura antica specialmente nella parte basamentale mentre nella parte alta e verso il mare fa quasi pensare ad una villa recente.
Ci si arriva facilmente camminando sulla spiaggia od anche con l'auto ...trovando la strada!
Si consiglia un paio di guanti.
Si prega di riposizionare la cache nello stesso punto preciso.

The cache is in proximity of an ancient tower for the coastal armed vigilance of the Granducato of Tuscany, situated between Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto.
Approx. in 1925, at this point in ruin, has been sold from the Federal property to private and restructured. Currently is a summery house maintained with much care.
It conserve some important ancient structure parts especially in the base while up and towards the sea perhaps it do now to think to a recent villa.
It can be arrived easy walking on the beach or also with the car ...finding the road!
Gloves are advised.
