Cache is a rectangular metal Prince Albert can with attachment magnuts.
This cache is located somewhere on the underside of the metal structure of "Frog Station Zebra" which is an ultra secret U.S. Government installation which is used to record the training of the local population of "Micro Frogs" and report back to the alien base located near Giant Rock.
Frog Station Zebra features the latest in solar powered UHF and VHF Radio telemetry equipment. In addition to the antennas visible on the structure there is a Co-ax cable feeding an antenna at the top of the mountain for long range transmissions.
Micro Frogs have the potential to carry miniature plutonium and Fluoride mines up water systems to programmed targets.
This a similar concept to the U.S. Navy's Special Operations using dolphins to carry limpet mines to enemy ships and to target enemy divers.
In the future if you run afoul of the government you may need to be extra careful each time you flush the toilet or go to wash your car.
The technology for this project originates from area 51 and is a joint cooperative venture between our government and Alien powers.
