There may be work being done around the building. If that is the case I would recommend parking behind the theater on 2nd street. Special thanks goes to Teddyboo2 for saving, replacing and getting permission for this cache.
The Fairborn Theater is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. There are some neat displays of old theater equipment in the front windows. The coolest bit of history is this was the first place to use the name Fairborn!
