Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden on the on a trail that looks like it needs some maintenance. I didn’t hide the cache very far from the top of the stairs – incase the further sections were in worse shape. Altitude is about 56 feet.

This is the third cache I have hidden and is one of three that I hid during a trip from Ontario to out East. The first cache I hid is in PEI and the second is not too far from the third one. While we were in Nova Scotia visiting my grand father we also participated in the MS bike tour to raise money for the fight against MS. It was a busy week!

This cache is hidden on the on a trail that looks like it needs some maintenance. I didn’t venture through the trail system, but wanted to hide a cache in this location because I like the area, there is wharf, gift shop, restaurant, scenic rocky beach, and a couple of near by art galleries. I enjoyed the view of the water and if you like lobster, this is the place to go.

The container is a Tupperware container wrapped in camouflage duct tape. A log book and a Nova Scotia keychain are contained in a large zip lock bag. A description and a note about Geo Cache (with web link) and two pencils and a pencil sharpener are also included in the contents.

Depending on the time of the year, there are lots of wild raspberries to snack on though out the trail.

Altitude is about 56 feet.

Hope you enjoy!
