Geocache Description:

Well, three more of the Genesee Valley's Finest Cachers have recently broken 500 finds!
Congrats to Rocky, Paleoman and KillerB!

On Sept. 22, 2007, we will be having a "picnic" at Osage Farms to celebrate these cachers' achievements.
If you have ever attempted any of the caches hidden by these Three, now is your chance to meet them face-to-face and tell them off, er, uh, I mean tell them what you REALLY thought of their caches...LOL
Please come and show them how much they and their caches are appreciated!
You'll get to watch each of them hunt (and sweat) for their own prize cache. (Dont worry Rocky, we know you prefer Traditionals over Multis and micros.)

There will be an Event cache, another NEW night cache by KillerB, and a Kids cache for the rest of us to do. If I get enough donations of goods, we might even have a raffle, also.

There are already 8 (yes, EIGHT!) nearby caches placed at Osage Farms, compliments of KillerB. From what I hear, dont expect to get all eight in one day, though. (One is a night cache only, also.) If enough people stay late enough, we may get a group together to do the nite caches.

Overnite tent camping is allowed.
If you would like to bring a small camper or RV, please email myself or KillerB

Lunch will be a bring-a-dish-to-pass type of thing. Everyone will have to provide their own hot dogs/hamburgers/etc. Dont foreget to bring enough food to cover your group for any other meals you plan to stay for.
Facilities are pretty minimal, so habachis/camp stoves would be a good thing.

I'll update the cache page as we get more information on camping, and event "doings". Please RSVP by logging a note, and list how many in your group, and what you plan to bring to pass so we can get some idea of how big this thing might end up being. Please mention whether you would be interested in camping over Fri and/or Sat nites, so we can get some idea of numbers to inform the property owners.

Please feel free to email me with questions, offers of help, or free goods or services so we can really make this a "milestone" event for everyone!
We hope to see you all there!
