Geocache Description:


Baran Park on Milwaukee’s south side is named in honor of Rev. Felix Baran, OFM Conv., pastor of nearby St. Josaphat’s Basilica from 1914-1942. Fr. Baran is credited with coordinating the decoration of the church’s dazzling interior. This park offers a beautiful view of the basilica’s copper plated dome. Parking is available at N43 00.000 W087 54.870

Cache is a 6" tube with a log sheet. Please take care in replacing this cache the way you found it. BYOP, and tweezers may be helpful. Permission to place this cache was granted by the Milwaukee County Parks Land Manager.
