Fabrication Traditional Cache

Located on court house lawn. Would be easy to spot if you knew what you was looking for. Overall difficulty level I made a three. I guess I`ll find out if it is or not.
This is a cache that I got permission from the county commissioners to hide on the grounds. The container is an altoids tin with log, pencil and some little goodies. Also of interest is Markers: North Meridian-N44 21.784 by W098 13.326 and South Meridian-N44 21.730 by W09813.326. They both have U.S C.& G.S. with a bronze cross hair cemented in the top of and 1890 on the front. Quite interesting! (Wonder if that had something to do with Geocaching back then. haa haa!)
