Get your cache on with CaverScott, CaverJules and the gang at GC15CMY (visit link) then join us at Oak Mountain State Park for our 4th Birthday Picnic to celebrate the accomplishments of Alabama Geocachers.

Let's gather at noon and eat at 5 p.m. to have time to socialize, prepare and cook.

Alabama is blessed with all of the ingredients for great geocaching; lots of interesting places, friendly active people, weather to suit anyone's taste, and a cohesive and unifying Association that serves all of us.

Let's go Dutch this year! A Dutch Oven Cookout!

Anyone can cook in Dutch Ovens; if they are new to you go to (visit link) for all you need to know to cook like a master in this traditional cookware.

There are many new caches in and around the park, and more will be placed before the event, meaning camaraderie, good food and geocaching... now that's a recipe for a good day!
