aniyn: Sadly it seems someone keeps stealing this cache. With over 200 finds I guess it's had a good run though.

Cache is located near the old city hall in downtown Grand Forks. The building dates back to 1911 when it was constructed as a Post Office and Customs Station, then to 1981 when it was restored and used as City Hall.
Cache is relatively small, containing a logbook, small pencil, some locally collected fluorite crystals, a pair of dice, 3 pins, a lump of coal, and a really great FTF prize donated by the Grand Forks Chamber of Commerce.
Please don't trample the gardens at the cache site, the city works really hard to keep them looking beautiful.
