Hamilton Estate was
developed more than 15 years ago and has been a divided
estate since its planning, due to the high tension power
lines running through the middle of it.
Even with its larger than
average house blocks, the parkland created below these lines was
used as a selling point, with adjoining blocks having gates
installed to provide direct access to the park.
With most people wanting
