State Of Maryland

The Halfway Boulevard bridge over I-81 is dedicated to the memory of

U.S. Navy Fireman Patrick Howard Roy and U.S. Navy Seaman Craig Bryan Wibberly

Killed in service to our country when terrorists attacked the U.S.S. Cole (DDG 67) on October 12, 2000
