Just South of Toquerville there is an old tree that seems to collect old shoes. I don't know who put the shoes up there first, but I imagine it was one brother wanting to get back at his sibling.
To properly log this cache, it would be appropriate to add a pair of your old shoes to the tree. They need to have laces or tied together with a string of some sort. Just sling them around like David against Goliath and let them fly. I'm sure they will catch somewhere. However, it would be unwise to throw them toward the highway when cars are coming.
You can get to the cache by turning on the road that goes up to the silver water tank. There is even a place to turn around by backing up at the cache site and then pulling out forward. The cache is in a small, round camoflaged tupperware. Please hide it as well as you found it.
Note: It seems that since the cache placement, the number of shoes in the tree has grown exponentially. It looks like the tree is blooming in the Spring with all the shoes. Keep it up!
