Geocache Description:


Drove to Circle City and the Yukon River today. Put out come caches along the way. This one is at the museum at Central. There are numerous items from "the old days" outside at the museum. Check out the photo for the hint.

This was a great drive. About 170 miles from Fairbanks. The road is paved, hard packed or gravel/dirt. There were lots of hunters traveling the road today. Fireweed is all "cotton" north of Eagle Summit so winter will be here soon! This cache may not be available in the winter.

PS I realized I did not put a plastic bag around the log. Will someone please put the log in a baggie for me? Thanks!
