This is my first cache and should be a fairly quick and easy find. The location is in Park City and the name recalls events that took place here in the winter of 2002. It is near a busy intersection with several parking locations nearby, but the best choice is probably in the Snow Creek commercial complex, close to the liquor store and Park City Market (formerly Dan's).
The cache is a small camo container with a log book, pencil, and a few trinkets. When replacing please make sure it is not visible.
On 10/23/08 two visits were posted indicating no container or log was there and only the magnet was found. I visited the site on 10/24/08, and have to say those reports are greatly exaggerated or else relate to a different cache. I found Circular Reference to be in its correct location and completely intact, log and all. Also, there has never been a magnet related to this cache.
