We thought it would be a great idea to have a get together to meet other Geocachers.
We are going to have a potluck barbecue and would need to know how many people you will be bringing. We will barbecue hamburgers and hot dogs. You can bring a side dish of your choice, your drinks and a lawn chair.
We hope to start around 1:00 pm and be done whenever you feel like it is over.
Feel free to drop off Travel Bugs and Geocoins that you will be bringing to the event.
This is our first event and we are still new to Geocaching so bring your stories, tips and tricks and your family! We'd love to hang out and visit!

Raffle items:
So far I have two caches ready for raffle. One is an ammo can and one is a small tupperware container. Both have the Geocaching essentials: log books, writing utensils, stash notes and Geocaching stickers. They each contain various items for trade.
Also, cantseem has donated an unactivated coin for the event. Thank you, cantseem!
We are very excited! Thank to everyone that has signed up so far. If you haven't signed up yet, please do so soon so that we know how many hamburgers and hot dogs that we need to bring!
