-Rusty-: This has never been found since it was hidden and like the original poster said it was placed in the middle of winter but wasn't available in the winter. Chances are this was placed last fall and hasn't been seen since.

If you do get up there to repair it you may submit a new listing but I suggest finding a more reliable method of maintenance for a long distance 5 star cache.
