The Rev. Billy Ray Collins is a fictitious character the popular morning radio show "The Big Show starring John Boy and Billy" The Rev. Billy Ray Collins alway opens his segment by saying "This here is the Rev. Billy Ray Collins of the Sword of Joshua, Independent, Full Gospel, Pentecost Assembly, just off State Road 23 on the frontage road." Then he starts preaching a sermon that sound a lot like many of mine. So much it is scary. The fact that he is almost always right is even more scary.
This cache isn't just off State Road 23 it is off US Highway 17 but it is on the frontage road.
Please put it back just as you found it. Be careful of the thorns and rocks
