Part C of The Walnut’s Cracked Series takes you to Hickory Run
State Park which covers 15,500 acres. Yes, I had a lot of ground to
hide my caches here! This cache will take you along The Fireline
Trail. Park at N 41? 01.994 W 75? 43.992 and please do not block
the gate.
On your way to the cache, there is a fabulous view of the Lehigh
River and Gorge. I suggest you venture down below if you can for a
better view of the two. It is steep, but worthwhile. Once you are
finished snapping pictures, head toward the cache. This container
is off the trail and loaded with goodies. First step, find the
container and log it. Secondly, and only if you are participating
in The Walnut’s Cracked Series, you need to write down the numbers
for part C on the lid. Return the cache as found. Have Fun and Good
