Geocache Description:

A camouflaged match container hidden in the bushes.

There are many native plum bushes in this area. Native plums are only one of many edible fruits and nuts that can be found at Richard Bong SRA.

In addition to Native Plums the following fruits and nuts may be found here:

American Elderberries
Wild Raspberries
Black Cherries
Highbush Cranberries
Mulberries
American Hazelnuts
Hickory Huts
Walnuts

Not all of these are native species.

Note: Be sure of your identification of wild fruits before eating any as some may be toxic.
