This is a small country cemetery with old German headstones. There are 26 graves located here and the last burial was in 1979. Of special interest is that the gentleman who was buried here in 1979 was 105 years old when he died. His name was Ernst Ponto.
The earliest burial was in 1880. Many of the headstones list deaths prior to 1900.
As this is classified as a cemetery cache please note it is NOT hidden on any grave marker or site. If there is a service going on, or folks are visiting their loved ones when you arrive please be respectful and come back at a later time. Your understanding and compassion for those folks will be appreciated.
Cache is small, please bring your own pencil.
