Geocache Description:

The cache is located along the Goodspeed trail in Hood Mtn. Regional Park at about 1835' elevation. This can be quite a strenuous hike. Wear sturdy footwear & bring plenty of water and don't forget your camera, the views are fantastic.

I placed this cache on the way down the mountain from our successful assault of the infamous "Nemesis" multi-cache (GCRZBD). I placed it in honor of my father who made the first hike with dadfish & I & helped us look for the first stage. He stopped here for a short rest on the way up Mt. Hood.

The cache is a small, cammoed coffee container with room for a little swag. Watch the trail for muggles & have your story ready .

Be sure to visit the other caches along this trail.

There is free parking on Adobe Canyon Rd., about 1/4 mile past the entrance to Sugarloaf Ridge State Park.

NOTE!: Please do not remove the cache! Do your logging there.

FURTHER NOTE: "Woody" passed away on 6-28-2010 due to lung cancer. Never smoked a day in his life & as of 9-2009 rode the century ride in Hawaii, 100 miles on his mtn bike. Top in his class. He was 78.
